The laser treatment was a complete disappointment and a waste of money and time. The provider seemed to be playing guessing games with the laser setting. Come to find out the machine was not working. One thing that was quiet disheartening was the provider's inability to remember promises made during phone calls. This has happened to me more than twice; she had overpromised and when in the office claimed she could not have stated such claim and reneged on her claims. I came to a woman of color practice with high hopes of seeing results, but I wasted my money.

Anytime I have a problem with my skin, I make an appointment with Dr. Eleanor Ford. She is by far the best dermatologist I've had and has saved my skin countless times!
